Do I own my website?

It depends on the type of website you have. Websites included in monthly subscription packages are built on professionally customized templates hosted within the 3RT Nexus platform. They remain part of your active subscription and if you cancel, access to the platform-hosted site is discontinued.

Custom-built websites are available at an additional investment, and upon cancellation, full ownership of the design and code transfers to you. We will always be upfront about which option you are getting before we build anything, and we will recommend the right approach for your situation on the discovery call.

Can I update my website myself?

Yes. All websites we build include easy-to-use editing tools that allow you or your team to update text, images, and basic content without any technical knowledge. For structural changes or significant redesigns, we are always available to help.

We cover website editing during your onboarding so you feel confident making updates on your own.

Will my website rank in Google search results?

We build every website with on-page SEO best practices in place: proper page structure, meta titles and descriptions, fast load times, mobile optimization, image compression, and schema markup.

What happens to my automations and AI agent if I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, those automations and AI workflows are no longer active.
