3RT Solutions serves the internet small business and nonprofit organization community with quality websites, mobile websites, facebook fan pages and graphic design that major website design companies would charge much higher rates for.

3RT Solutions exists as the alternative solution for anyone who wants to get a quality website designed, but can’t afford higher priced companies.

One of the prevailing characteristics of the company is personalized service. A few principles that guide our work ethic are:

It’s All About You – Your project is always a priority. As such, we are going to make sure that we give our best work for your project.

Personalized Service – Dealing with a large company can be tiresome and impersonal. Therefore, we insure that all customers will be dealing directly with the person working on your project. In other words, NO secretaries, NO middle men.

Affordable Pricing – Profit is good but greed isn’t. We don’t believe in charging ridiculous prices for something based on how much money we can make.

These things and more are taken into account when we deal with each customer and potential customer to make sure that you get the best possible service when dealing with 3RT Solutions.

Shop around, but you won’t find a better value or service.

It’s time to put 3RT Solutions to work for you!

Many business owners want a web site right away. In fact, it sometimes appears that business owners who are unsure of where to start think that a web site is a great way to launch a business. Unfortunately, some unscrupulous web design companies prey on this myth by promising new companies the moon – as long as the companies are willing to spend thousands on a web site. The truth is that you are not ready for a web site if:

1) You don’t have a clear business plan. If you don’t understand your target audience, your business goals (long-term and short-term) and your company inside and out, you are not ready for a web site. You need to research your target audience and your Internet market before you spend a dollar on online marketing. A web site is not a replacement for a business plan – it is something that should work seamlessly with the plan you already have.

2) You don’t know anything about web design. Sure, the whole point of hiring a web design firm is that you let professionals handle the website. If you know nothing about web design yourself, though, how will you be able to effectively communicate with these professionals? How will you know what you want and what constitutes a good job? At minimum, research which web sites in your industry are considered top-notch and investigate them to find out why they work.

3) You don’t have a budget. Without a budget, you may end up overspending on your website. You might also end up paying too little to a company that does not deliver the quality of product you deserve. Both scenarios are far from perfect, so set a dollar amount on your web site now.

4) You have no conversion and traffic plan. It’s nice to have a well-designed and attractive web site, but if you have no visitors, you will not make a penny from your website. If you have lots of visitors but your content is not designed to make those visitors do business with you, you will also not make money. A business web site is unique and it requires traffic as well as a solid conversion strategy to turn visitors into paying customers.

At 3RT Solutions, we take your site’s success very seriously, which is why we offer our clients free basic training and a consultation to teach them everything needed to make a web site profitable. Contact us today if you are ready to take your business online – 3RT Solutions can make your web presence a success!

If you want a website, you likely want to get your site up and running before too long. However, getting a web site too early can backfire and can end up costing you money. Here are some things to consider if you are wondering whether to forge ahead or delay:

1) Delaying can allow you to fix up your business, so that you have clear aims and services. That way, you won’t have to pay a web design firm twice to fix up and redesign your site after your have done some major restructuring. If you are not really sure what direction your business will take, if you have a wait-and-see attitude or if you are still making big changes to your business (like changing your name every week!) wait until things have settled down a little bit before you hop online. Your website is a big part of your branding strategy and if you do not have a specific business to brand yet, you risk confusing your potential customers.

2) Delaying can mean lost profits. Getting your site up and running now can mean that you can start earning money right away from your site.

3) Delaying can allow you to learn about web design and websites. Generally, you should not attempt to start your own site unless you know something about having an online presence. Sure, you will be farming out the work to a professional design firm, but you still need to communicate with that firm effectively about what your wants and needs are.

4) Delaying means that you can set aside enough time to manage your time. Running a website takes a lot of time. You need to be able to check links, answer emails coming in through your website and update content frequently. If you are just trying to set up your business, you may not have the time to get traffic to your site.

5) Delaying means you learn more about your customers. Your website should reflect your customers’ needs, but if you do not yet know those needs, it will be very hard for you to design a website that pleases your customers.

6) Delaying means you are ready for the increased traffic. A website can bring in quite a number of new orders and new customers. You need to be prepared to fill lots of new orders and answer plenty of new calls – potentially from all over the world.

One thing you should not delay on is getting your domain name. Secure a domain name with your company name as soon as possible so that no one else can buy your domain. However, consider setting up your website when your business is ready. If you need help deciding when to launch a
website, contact the web design team at 3RT Solutions. We can help you decide how your site will fit in with your overall business success.

Is your business waiting too long to set up a good website? The answer might be a resounding “yes” and you may need to get started on designing your website right away if:

1) Your customers are asking you where your website is. If even a few customers are asking for a website and you have to answer “Uh, we don’t have one” that is bad news. Your customers are sending you a clear message: they want you to have a website because it would be convenient for them. Honor your customers by offering them a great website with an easy-to-remember URL. They will reward you for it with more business.

2) You have a product or service you can sell online all over the world. If you have a product that would work as well across the country as it would across your town, and you have the ability to sell more of your product, you may be losing business by not taking your company online. If you have a service you could sell online and you can handle more customers, you too, need a website that is ecommerce-friendly. You are losing money every day you don’t have such a website.

3) You are interested in networking. If you want to network or reach more potential customers, a website is a must. You can link to your site from your emails, newsletters, social networking pages, and more. But you need a website first.

4) You are not getting as many prospective customers as you would like. Cold calling is one way to get more potential customers, but it is very time consuming – and some of that time might be better spent building your business. With a good website, you can automate lead generation. If you have a good website, you can let customers find you through search engine results, social networking sites, feeder sites, pay per click and pay per call campaigns, and much more. If you want these great marketing tools to work for you, though, you need an attractive web site.

Are you ready for a website? If you realize that you need a strong web presence, don’t settle for a mediocre site – a bad website can actually hurt your business more than no website at all. Call 3RT Solutions to get started with a great website that attracts visitors and customers to your company.

If you are going to have a bad website, you are probably better off having no website at all. It’s true. While a bad website at least gets your name in the search engines, it can also ruin your credibility. A hard to use website, for example, may push your potential customers over to the competition, while an amateurish website can convince potential customers that your business is simply not a serious one.

So how can you avoid these marketing gaffes online? Quite simply, by:

1) Making sure that you get your website when you are ready. You should only invest in a company website when you are ready to spend time and money on the project. Only develop a website when you are ready to hire professionals to design it for you and you are ready to promote and update your website regularly.

2) By entrusting your website to professionals. You may know someone who understands basic HTML or WYSIWYG programs, but you need professionals with a discerning eye to develop your professional website for you. You need a professional team – like the one at 3RT Solutions – to get professional results. While amateur results may be OK for a personal webpage, any minor glitches or design errors on a company website make you look less credible. Unfortunately, with so many scams online today, customers may see any lack of credibility on your part as a red flag sign. Don’t give customers an excuse to not do business with you. If you cannot afford professionals, wait until you can or work out a financing plan.

3) By making your website part of an overall business plan. Your website is not stand-alone. It should work with your overall business plan, marketing strategy, and branding plan. If you are not sure what you want your website to accomplish, you should determine this before setting a site up. Nothing is worse than the business website with no discernable goal.

4) By ensuring that your website looks its best. Your website should be professional, clean, and attractive. It should err on the side of simplicity and work well with no delays or glitches. It should work well on different computers and with different browsers, so that all your potential customers can read your marketing message. Check and re-check your website to ensure that it looks as good as it possibly can.
